Q: What is TM Rewards e-Store?
A: TM Rewards e-Store is a virtual shopping mall. You can browse the products by the various categories available and add your selected products into your virtual shopping cart before making online payment via the participating banks.
Q: What is the product range offered in the TM Rewards e-Store?
A: We offer a wide range of products, ranging from iTalk softpin with free talktime, bags and leather goods, to home décor, household products, IT gadgets, personal products and much more.
Q: Do I have to register with TM Rewards e-Store to make purchases?
A: Yes. You need to register as a TM Rewards online member. To register, visit www.tmrewards.com.my and click ‘Sign Up’.
Q: Is there any limitation to buying products in the e-Store?
A: You can only purchase iTalk softpin up to RM100 per day and you cannot add other merchandise into the same shopping cart. If you wish to purchase other merchandise, you will have to complete the iTalk transaction first.

Payments
Q: How can I pay for my order?
A: We accept payments via credit card (Visa and MasterCard), Maybank2u.com and FPX (deduction from bank account). FPX participating banks include Bank Islam, CIMB Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Maybank and Public Bank.
Q: What currency will I have to pay with?
A: All transactions on this Website are to be conducted and payable in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR).
Q: If my payment transaction failed, what should I do?

A: In the event of any unsuccessful delivery, you shall solely bear the total cost of further deliveries. TM will not accept order cancellation and refund requests.

Q: How can I cancel my order?
A: We do not accept cancellations for orders that have been processed or shipped.
Q: How can I find out whether my order was successfully processed?
A: We will send an Order Confirmation to your registered email address. You can also check the status at My Account page.
Q: How can I check the status of my order?
A: You can view it at My Account page or you can write to estore.enquiry@tmrewards.com.my to check on the order status.
